Delaube. invites you to store at our store or browse our website without providing any personal information.

However, we do need to collect personal information when:

SHOPPING AT Delaube

In order to serve you better and create a customer account, we only ask for your name and phone number when you check out at our store. We collect this information to administer our loss prevention program and to help us detect and prevent fraud. If you do not wish to provide this information, it is imperative that you retain your invoice and come into the store for any service. If you use a credit or debit card to pay for your purchases, we collect only the information associated with that card. For a credit card, we also require a signature (in store only) if your card is not chip-enabled. If you do business with our website www.delaube.ca, we may collect your billing and shipping address, phone number and email address.

In-store returns and exchanges: if you have provided us with your name and phone number at the time of purchase, we will already be able to track your customer account, we do not need any additional information. For credit card refunds, we ask that you provide us with the same card you used to make the purchase. For security reasons, Delaube. does not refund directly to debit cards. If you paid for your purchases with a debit card, we will gladly refund you to a credit card, cash or gift card.

Communication : When you subscribe to our mailing list to receive our newsletter or other promotional communications by email, we collect only your email address. You can then add your Last Name, First Name and Postal Code to receive more personalized messages. We will only contact you if you wish to be contacted. You may unsubscribe at any time from receiving promotional communications from us by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of our emails or by contacting us directly.

Website Registration: If you wish to save your shopping cart for your next visit, you will need to create an account on our website. To do so, we collect your email address (which will serve as your username), your first and last name. If you wish to make an online purchase, we ask you to add to this information your shipping address, billing address (if different) and phone number. This information is essential for the delivery of the products and the invoicing. We will also ask you to subscribe to our newsletters or other promotional communications by email.
